One per line. Bare domains, full URLs and domain: lines all work — every one is reduced to domain:host.

Drop entries covered by a broader rule

domain:example.com already covers every subdomain beneath it.

Keep comments from the uploaded file

Comment lines stay attached to the entry they precede.

Add a header comment

Writes the generation date and entry count at the top.

Sort entries alphabetically

Groups each domain with its subdomains. Off keeps your original order.
